1 Rob Jones

Rob Jones is a highly decorated retired 29-year veteran of The Baltimore County Police Department. He served on the full time Swat Team for over 23 years and was Team Leader for 16 years. He is recognized as one of the most operationally experienced SWAT team leaders in the United States. Prior to becoming a police officer, he was assigned to the Emergency Services Team (SWAT) in the United States Air Force. As the senior Team Leader with the Baltimore County SWAT team, he has been involved in the successful resolution of over 2000 high risk entries and countless barricade situations. Among many of his career highlights, he was the Team Leader during the nationally recognized "Joseph Palcynski" hostage rescue operation in 2000. Rob has numerous instructor certifications covering all facets of tactical operations specializing in hostage rescue. He has provided protection details for multiple high level politicians including the President, Vice President, First Lady, and the Pope. He has provided training to thousands of law enforcement personnel from federal, state, and local agencies to military special operations. Rob is also a Baltimore County Medal of Honor recipient.

2 Brian Wolf

Brian Wolf has been a member of the Baltimore County Police Department since May, 1995, and is one of the owners of Wolf Professional Security, Inc.   Wolf Professional Security, Inc. began in March, 2008.  In January 2001, Brian Wolf became a Detective and was assigned to the Baltimore County Police Department’s Narcotics Unit.  In January, 2004, Brian Wolf was assigned to the Drug Enforcement Administration’s Pharmaceutical Diversion Unit as a Task Force Officer, and successfully completed a two week school at the Drug Enforcement Administration’s Training Academy located in Quantico, VA.  In July, 2005, Brian Wolf assigned to the Robbery Unit where he investigated commercial robberies throughout Baltimore County and in August, 2009, Brian Wolf was assigned to the Homicide Unit.   Brian attended the following training:  In October, 2009, Brian Wolf attended the Harvard Associates in Police Science Homicide five day seminar in Baltimore;  In January, 2010, Brian Wolf attended the Incident Response to Terrorist Bombings, a four day school in New Mexico;  In April, 2010, Brian Wolf attended the five day Advanced Practical Homicide Investigation through the Pennsylvania State Police;  In September, 2011, Brian Wolf attended the Colonel Henry F. Williams Homicide five day seminar through New York State Police; In March, 2012, Brian Wolf attended the 5-day, 40-hour, Bloodstain Pattern Analysis Workshop presented by the Miami-Dade Public Training Institute in Florida.  In August, 2014, Brian Wolf left the Homicide Unit and was assigned to the Financial and Cyber Crimes Unit.  Brian Wolf is assigned to the Baltimore County State’s Attorney’s Office where he handles Fraud/Embezzlement cases and works directly with the prosecutors who are in charge of prosecuting all financial crimes in Baltimore County.

 

Throughout his tenure with the Baltimore County Police Department, and as the owner of Wolf Professional Security, Brian has had the opportunity to provide security for numerous commercial business establishments, business owners and executives, and professional athletes.

5 Tony Malinowski

Tony is a highly decorated retired 32 year veteran of the Baltimore County Police Department.  Tony was a valued member of the SWAT team for 17 years and is highly trained in all aspects of tactical training.  He was the Senior Firearm Instructor for the team and performed multiple duties including Counter sniper team member, assault team member and Team Leader.

Tony has multiple firearms and tactical instructor certifications specializing in tactical firearms and hostage rescue. He has provided training for thousands of law enforcement personnel from federal, state and local agencies.  He is a graduate of the acclaimed United States Secret Service Firearms Instructor School and the LAPD Hostage Rescue school.

In addition to his significant experience in tactical operations and training, Tony has provided protection details for multiple high level politicians including the President and numerous other dignitaries.  Tony specializes in covert surveillance operations and served as a detective with the Narcotics Division for 9 years.  His tenure as a detective included a four year tour assigned to the Drug Enforcement Administration Task Force.
